     This long-vest in light brown brocade material with floral sprays is similar in style to the gualan vest of late Qing with a stand collar, absent sleeves and an overlapping panel that opens to the right. But here one single border has replaced the heavy and multiple borders.Long-vests such as this one are usually worn over short lined-jackets. (XY)
