    Wang Zhuangmu, one of the admired masters in the Chinese silk field and one of the “National Cocoon Industry Lifetime Achievement Award”winners, has devoted himself to the silk industry for 55 years, witnessing all the ups and downs of the Chinese silk industry. In 2012, he donated 1,724 piecesof books and personal documents. This exhibition aims to display a selective part of them, including books on silkissues, manuscripts, letters and honorary certificates, etc.. We hope these pieces will give an insideperspective on the developmentof silk industry of People's Republic of China, and feel his passion for silk.
